Available now is this Auscision N452 in the classic V/Line orange and grey livery, representing Version 1 as carried by N452 to N460 shortly after entry into service. This version captures the early appearance of the N class in V/Line service and is named “Rural City of Wodonga.”

This release features the correct early details including the inside of the whistle trumpets painted grey, a shorter green diagonal line on each cab front, and smooth frame sides. It also includes the correct prototype features for this version, including the coupler pin bottom lift arrangement, staff exchangers fitted, no ditch lights, and original style mirrors.

This model is in good condition and comes with its original box, making it a great choice for both collectors and operators. Missing a set of MU Cables at one end.

Auscision’s N class models are well known for their excellent detail and strong running qualities, and this example is a great representation of one of Victoria’s iconic passenger locomotives. A standout model for any modern Victorian diesel fleet, especially for those modelling the early V/Line era.
