Available now is this Auscision V/Line Passenger MK1 Set N5 in the classic red, white and blue V/Line livery without bottom stripes, complete with the V/Line logo. A great choice for anyone modelling earlier V/Line passenger operations, this set is brand new in box and ready to add straight to a collection or layout.

Set N5 includes the following cars:
ACN 15, BRN 40, BN 13 and D 324

These cars are beautifully presented and packed with detail, making them an excellent representation of V/Line’s MK1 passenger fleet. Each carriage features a ready-to-run ABS plastic body, blackened metal disc wheels (RP25-110), scale-sized metal knuckle couplers, and separately applied metal parts for a highly realistic appearance.

Further detailing includes metal and plastic handrails and brake piping, highly detailed bogies with separately applied brake equipment, and a detailed underframe. The set is also factory painted and decorated, with super detailed passenger interiors featuring different layouts for each car class, adding extra realism throughout the train.

Operational features include operating diaphragms and a real metal chain for the handbrake. The set has a 24-inch recommended minimum radius, though it will also operate on 18-inch curves if the supplied long shank couplers are fitted. It is suitable for operation on Code 70, 83 and 100 rail.
