Tracked or Express Post: Australia post now requires a mobile phone number or email, orders without may be cancelled. Includes Tracking, if you provide a mobile phone number. WJR is no longer shipping overseas.
Shipping Policy
Optional postage with insurance is available on all orders. If insurance is required, it must be selected at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, the item is in the care of Australia Post. Any delivery issues, delays, loss, or damage claims must be lodged directly with Australia Post using the tracking information provided. All orders are packed safely and securely to minimise risk during transit. Care is taken to protect models and fragile items appropriately prior to dispatch.
